The Altbulach Mountain Run is celebrating its 23rd edition this year and took place under ideal running conditions (around 18°C). The main race started promptly at 7:30 PM in Kohlerstal and led participants over 2.9 km with an elevation gain of 220 meters to the finish at the Altbulach village square. A total of 123 participants reached the finish line, including 86 in the main race and 37 in the children's race. The course was excellently prepared and eco-friendly marked, contributing to a fantastic atmosphere during the run.

Highlights

  • With 13 participants, we were the second strongest group at the Altbulacher Mountain Run, which is celebrating its 22nd edition this year, following SC Neubulach (16 participants).
  • The great atmosphere on the paved, 700-meter-long finishing straight was very helpful for the runners to give it their all one last time on the final uphill stretch.
  • The course was excellently prepared and marked environmentally friendly with sawdust.
